How does this interact with my existing cancellation policy?
GhostNot works alongside your practice policies, not instead of them. You set the cancellation window (e.g., 24 hours) and the stake amount. If a client cancels within the allowed window, their stake is automatically refunded. If they no-show or cancel too late, the stake is transferred to you. It automates enforcement of the policy you already have — without the uncomfortable task of chasing late-cancel fees.
Does this work for clients who pay through insurance?
Yes. The GhostNot stake is separate from session payment and insurance billing. It functions as a refundable commitment deposit, not a session fee.
