The stake is fully refunded when they attend, so it costs committed clients nothing. Can I set different stakes for different session types?
Yes. Most coaches set a lower stake ($15-25) for free discovery calls to filter out casual browsers, a moderate stake for regular sessions, and a higher amount for intensive or full-day workshops. You control the amount for each session type independently.
What happens if a client has a genuine emergency?
You have full control. GhostNot lets you waive the forfeiture for any session with one click. If a long-term client has a real emergency, you can release their stake manually. The system protects you by default but never takes away your judgment.
